Changed your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of it arriving. Email hello@inkspacestudios.com with your order number to let us know, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

Items need to come back unused and in the condition you received them. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

We'll refund the price of the items and the standard postage you paid within 14 days of getting them back, to the card you paid with.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@inkspacestudios.com with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including postage both ways. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
